The Kiri Te Kanawa Song Quest is committed to accessibility and provides Access Tickets at $20 per ticket plus one free companion. To book Ngā tīkiti, contact the Song Quest team by emailing access@festival.co.nz or phone 021 528 481.
Information on Tūruwīra access:
The Michael Fowler Centre has eight accessible spaces and eight companion seats located in the stalls on the ground floor of the venue.
Elevator access is available from the ground floor.
Tūruwīra are available at the venue but require you to give advanced notice so they can ensure they are on-site during the event.
The gallery is not tūruwīra accessible.
Information for Blind/Low Vision audiences:
Guide dogs are welcome at the Michael Fowler Centre.
If you need additional assistance at the Whaitua o rēhia, ask the friendly venue staff who are trained to help.
Information for Hard of Hearing audiences:
The Michael Fowler Centre has an audio loop for Hard of Hearing audiences. The most suitable seating locations for the audio loop are Stall seating, rows O-V and Gallery seating, rows A-D (all blocks).
